At GumeulWave, we are committed to your satisfaction with every Gaming Mouse, Mechanical Keyboard, and Game Controller you purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, are not in resalable condition, or are missing accessories are not eligible for a refund.
  • Software licenses, digital downloads, or items marked as "final sale" are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables. Please include a copy of your proof of purchase inside the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition. We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Only the cost of the product will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items
